Broken Hills

3x700m Broken Hills 2:53, 2:44, 2:38 (550m jog back recovery). Solo at Observatory Hill

Hard up the hills and float the flats, from Cnr of Towns Pl and Hickson Rd 200m hard up Towns Pl/Dalgety Rd, 60m float Windmill St, 60m hard up Kent St, 80m float Argyle St, 300m hard up Watson and Upper Fort.

Struggled! Twas into a strong headwind, glad to get through this session.
