Not sure why I'm suddenly able to run at faster than walking pace first thing in the morning, probably due to the lack of intensity in the sessions. Big one tomorrow arvo, so Friday morning will be interesting.

Have a tough time on this track, it's bumpy, kikyuyu and tight bends. Good enough session though and felt like I was moving quite well on the last rep. After the 5th rep I was wishing I was a Garminite, each rep was measuring 217+ metres, it would've been nice to think I was running fast although quite devastating on race day.
