Wet Wet Wet
Did 2 x 3km in the wet last week!!! this week was ment to be 3 x 3km, but only did 2 x 3km followed by a 2km... no rain last night. You are running a couple of good times in those session, it's time to convert it into a good race, that 34min 10km will come... (I also want one...)
