Nothing again, looking after 2 very sick boys. I'm not sure how much more Child Care I can put them through, it's a disease infested cesspool.
Saturday
3km easy + 2x150m strides 24.2, 22.1
Another rest day, given the forced taper this week I may as well go into tomorrow's 10km race as fresh as possible. No idea what time i'll run but confident it'll be a massive improvement on 4 weeks ago (38:14), I will ignore the watch and focus on getting as many scalps as possible.
