Friday

AM
12km-52:00 (4:20kms) Solo The Bay

Finished dry just as the sun was rising over the Harbour Bridge :-)

PM
9km-44:56 (5:00kms) Solo Barnwell Park Golf Course


Saturday

AM
24km including 16km- somewhere between 60:14 to 60:40 (3:47kms) with Fats on The Bay

Instinctively stopped the watch to vomit and drink water at about 12km so not certain of the time it took, 60:14 was the time spent running. Fats smashed me, put 10sec per km into me in the last 7kms, he is getting fit.

Sunday

24km-1:56.00 (4:50kms) Solo Mt Hay


182km for the week, will back off this week and absorb the work.
