Couldn't have picked a tougher day to start my depletion experiment after Fats sent me a compelling study which seems worth exploring.
Last night I was selected in the Panthers Hockey Club all time greatest team at the Club's 40 year Anniversary. I'm very honoured to be named alongside some awesome players, I'm walking a little taller and feeling a little stronger today.
