Time to dip my toes in the water with a session, the only rule was, as fast as I can run without vomiting. With the dry wind and smoke from the bushfires unfortunately it wasn't very fast at all, but escaped unscathed.

  2. Thanks Matt, I've had a couple nominate torn oesophagus, sounds about right too. Thought my heart was going to explode right out of my chest after the spew fest and again on the following Sunday. I feel really good now, I feel like this Saturday I'll be able to try something hard.
