Thursday - Complete Rest
Was meant to be an easy session 3x300(3) in 42's, but I tweaked the right hammy during the sprints yesterday so had to take a rest day, not a bad time to take a day off. Whatever happens, that thrill of a max effort sprint will sustain me until next season :-)
Friday
6km easy 27:00 (4:30km's) Solo Darling Harbour
Don't feel great, the boys and Millie all on antibiotics now, my body is fighting hard but feeling nauseated and dizzy.
Saturday
3km-13:30 (4:30km's) Solo Hen and Chicken Bay
Crook as Rookwood, hammy feels better though :-)
