Grand Final Week

Last week of the season, I can't add any fitness but I'm sure I can add speed and fresh legs.

4x300m Observatory Hill 54.9, 53.7, 53.1, 49.3

85% perceived effort for the first 3 reps then 95% perceived effort for the final rep, still in a world of pain from Thursday's race but ran well.
